We are looking for someone to help us with the administration of our training courses and in our customer service and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Printing of delegate manuals
* Sending out Post Course materials
* Getting catering supplies for Manchester training rooms
* Cleaning and sorting Manchester training rooms
* Supporting the booking team
Customer Service & Marketing Tasks
* Sales – follow up emails and calls
* Updating email lists with delegates/bookers
* Updating Reed and Find Courses directories
* Help with Social Media marketing
Requirements for the Role
* You must live locally to our Manchester office at Manchester Science Park, M15 6LR
* You must be enthusiastic and energetic
* You need good communication skills, written and verbal
* You should have some experience in administration
* You must have at least three A Levels
* You must be happy to work at home and in the office
* You will need to be a self-starter
What We Are Offering
* A salary of £18,000 to £24,000 per annum
* Hybrid Working
* We will consider Part Time or Full Time
