We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to focus on UK sales, manage existing accounts, and onboard new customers for KM Packaging. In this role, you'll play a key part in developing commercial strategies that align with company growth objectives, managing sales processes from quotation to final delivery, and maximising profitability through strategic account management. Responsibilities: Deliver sales volume and margin targets for both existing and new accounts. Develop and execute commercial strategies to accelerate business growth. Serve as the main point of contact for current customers and new prospects. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, staying informed on industry trends. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service. Utilise marketing, technical, and operations resources to support your sales activities. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in sales and business development within the flexible packaging sector. A record of achieving sales targets and onboarding new customers. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
