Care Home Manager / Registered Home Manager required for a small residential home focused on high quality autism care.

Purosearch are working with a well-respected, expanding care provider to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager for their flagship residential home.

We are looking for a manager with a background in autism and learning disability care, who has been previously registered with CQC and who has good local knowledge of the area.

Job Requirements for Registered Home Manager:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management and recruitment
• Care plans, assessments, filling beds
• Budgets/ business development / marketing

Skills/ Qualifications Registered Home Manager:
• NVQ Level 5
• Background in autism, learning disabilites and complex care
• Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
