Commitment to safeguarding
At Broom Valley Community School, we are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all of our children. We work in partnership with parents/carers to safeguard and promote the welfare of our children. When concerned about the welfare of a child, we will always act in the interests of the child and we have a responsibility to take action. We have a legal duty to assist our colleagues in other agencies with child protection enquiries. This post involves working with children and therefore if successful you will be required to apply for a DBS at an enhanced level.
