Your new company is a major recyclable manufacturing company based in Liverpool.
Your new role
1. Daily bank reconciliation and related cash book allocations
2. Running ageing reports, sharing remittances with customers, and ensuring sales ledger control account is reconciled
3. Supporting order release and credit limit checks
4. Liaising with cross-functional departments
5. Setting up payment runs for approval
6. Reconciliation, invoice queries, remittances vs payments
7. Weekly AP review with FC
8. Employee expenses
9. Credit Card administration
10. Supporting payroll function
11. Working alongside HR, monthly reconciliation process and operational level payroll administration
12. Ad-hoc tasks to be performed as requested by the line manager
