7. Monday to Friday plus one weekend a month
8. Rotating shift patterns (Monday to Friday):
* 8-4
* 9-5
* 10-6
* 11-7
Main Duties:
1. Operate the live chat providing excellent customer service
2. Dealing with online orders and returns
3. Responding to emails
4. Receiving phone calls (mainly inbound)
5. Deal with monthly customer subscriptions
What We're Looking For:
1. Previous customer service experience
2. Open to learn
3. Flexible with working hours
