We need a Resourcer to join our busy and growing team here at Henley Executive.
Based in our lovely offices in Henley in Arden, we need someone who is enthusiastic, has a positive can-do attitude, is keen to learn, and is happy communicating with candidates via phone, email, and social media.
As a Resourcer / Recruitment Administrator, your day-to-day role will entail:
1. Identifying and speaking to suitable candidates via phone and email
2. Updating the database with candidate and client information
3. Formatting candidate CVs
4. Arranging candidate interviews
5. Sending out interview and offer confirmations
Full training will be provided, or we would be happy to consider someone experienced who is looking for a part-time/flexible working opportunity. Whether you are currently a Resourcer, working within Recruitment, or from an office administration background and looking for a new challenge, we're open to backgrounds as long as you are keen to learn.
