Reporting to the Content Manager, the Content Executive and is responsible for the creation and execution of best-in-class 360 content to assist the Brand Team ambition of driving brand awareness, organic revenue and a consistent brand identity. You'll be working in a dynamic, fun team and be able to shape the way we create content.,
* Support with ideation and execution of 360 web and channel-specific content for various platforms in both written and visual formats, working collaboratively with channel leads across Blog, App, Paid Social etc.
* Support with content ideation for all brand campaigns and key product launches.
* Support with the management of the Content Calendar to create and organise content in line with campaigns and events.
* Conduct trend research, competitor analysis and keyword research linked to content priorities, positioning and creation.
* Compile, optimise and write blog posts for all brand campaigns, working collaboratively with the SEO team to integrate core keywords to drive content performance and organic site rankings.
* Create content briefs for external talent, including influencers and industry experts, aligned to content plans.
* Work collaboratively with the social team to develop compelling content for various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
* Work collaboratively with the commercial team to understand and develop our content plan in core areas.
* Work collaboratively with the trade and SEO teams to execute content across key landing pages in line with channel best practice.
* Be a brand champion & custodian, ensuring consistency of brand guidelines to ensure content is on brand and in line with brand ToV.
* Ensure company compliance at all levels with corporate policies.

* To achieve our LOOKFANTASTIC brand ambition in 2024, the Junior Content Manager will contribute to:
* Reaching our target audience through curated brand activations, driving brand awareness.
* Improving the free:paid mix for LOOKFANTASTIC by increasing brand demand as a result of improved brand preference.
* Testing investment opportunities and optimise our brand budget, striving for high quality impressions amongst our target audience.
* Globalising our brand! Leverage local insights to adapt our positioning to key markets and deliver 1 activation in each key EU territory.
At least 1 year in a content or copy-related role
* Degree in English Language/Literature, Journalism, Marketing or Creative Writing preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A solid grasp of the English language/ grammar and ability to spot errors quickly
* An understanding of how to optimise content for web and app to improve user experience
* Experience of writing content for SEO
* Knowledge of management platforms and reporting tools such as Content Square, Google Analytics and Keyword Planner
