* Working for a globally recognised and leading Facilities Management and Technical Services provider.
* Working on a high-profile critical property across Birmingham and Manchester.
Your new role
* Working in a static position, based near the NEC, Birmingham.
* Working Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm (Flexible) – 1 hour's lunch
* To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance, reactive and breakdown works to electrical bias systems (emergency lighting, fire alarms, 1-3 Phase equipment, fuse boards, switches, sockets, UPS, BMS Monitoring, Generators and etc.)
* Working both independently and supporting other technicians when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
* 2+ Years experience working as an Electrical Engineer/Electrician.
* A can-do attitude with the ability to resolve issues thinking outside the box and a willingness to learn new skills.
* To be looking for a long-term role and career progression to become a senior authorising engineer.
* Hold a Level 2 NVQ or City and Guilds Equivalent Electrical Engineering Qualification.
* 17th or 18th Edition - essential.
* Previous experience in a Commercial FM role is beneficial but not essential.
