Key Responsibilities:
* Provide remote 1st line technical support via phone and CRM, ensuring SLAs are met.
* Deliver on-site IT support for Managed Service clients as needed.
* Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving issues proactively and keeping clients informed.
* Accurately log and document all support requests.
* Collaborate with third parties to address technical issues.
* Participate in an on-call rota following training.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 6 months’ experience in an IT helpdesk or similar role.
* Strong communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
* Familiarity with Internet technologies, Microsoft-based operating systems, and end-user computing.
* Experience with Unified Communications and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing is a bonus.
* Excellent time management and troubleshooting abilities.
* Full driving licence is essential.
This role offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Based in Glasgow, some on-site client visits will be required.
