Job Description
What will you be doing?
We are seeking two Configuration Management Engineers to join our dynamic team in Bristol to support an exciting assignment. You’ll have the chance to work on high-impact projects, supporting advanced engineering programmes that shape the future of aerospace technology.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Managing product configuration processes, including change management, planning, status accounting, and verification.
* Supporting current and future development programmes by addressing configuration management (CM) requirements.
* Identifying technical problems and developing/integrating solutions.
* Creating and improving work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation.
* Acting as CM support on assigned programmes and facilitating Change Control Boards (CCBs).
* Processing Engineering Coordination Memos (ECMs) and maintaining CM plans.
* Managing product data using PLM system.
* Supporting the creation of technical solutions to meet customer requirements, including bids and proposals.
* Assisting in generating test specifications/plans to demonstrate compliance with certification requirements.
* Supporting technical and customer reviews, including preparation of data and presentations.

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
* Proven experience in Configuration Management or a related engineering discipline.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply and integrate solutions effectively.
* Proficiency in creating and managing CM plans and maintaining technical documentation.
* Familiarity with PLM systems.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
* Eligibility for UK residency due to the sensitive nature of projects.
