Neway is looking for an Administrator to join our client based with Bracknell Forest Council.
This role is starting asap, working 21 hours a week.
We are looking for a hard working individual for 3 months with the possibility of extension. Having excellent Microsoft teams and outlook knowledge is essential.
Job Roles Include
Managing the incoming and outgoing post
Managing and processing CTPLD's referrals
Taking minutes for various sensitive meetings including safeguarding and best interest meetings
Monitoring the phones and voice mail for CTPLD Duty Line
Monitoring the CTPLD and Autism Admin inbox
Help maintain CTPLD's records and data quality
Assist with Data performance reports
Supporting the Community Team for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism with any relevant Admin Tasks.
