Your Mission:
You'll provide crucial support to the Head of Talent Acquisition, ensuring the recruitment process is seamless and effective. Your role will include:
Managing candidates through the companys Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Logging applications efficiently
Scheduling and coordinating interviews
Sourcing, Screening and speaking to potential employees that could be a great fit for the organisation.
Posting job adverts on relevant platforms i.e. LinkedIn etc
Providing timely feedback to candidates and agencies
General recruitment administration duties
Attending career fairs and recruitment events
Supporting onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

Exceptionally organised and detail-focused A natural communicator with a fantastic telephone manner Confident, adaptable, and solution-focused Tech-savvy with strong IT skills Able to juggle multiple priorities with grace under pressure
The ideal candidate will have 18-months previous recruitment experience gained within either an external recruitment agency or in house talent function, and if you have good exposure to hiring in the technology or consultancy space then that would be a real advantage to the role
