Job summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic dietitian with skills and experience in long term condition especially diabetes, renal and obesity to join our innovative dietetic community team at Newham University Hospital, Barts Health NHS Trust. Main duties of the job You will need to posses excellent communication and organisational skills as there is a requirement to work with MDT in the community setting as well as primary care network setting that provides a service to a diversed population. You will work alongside other community dietitians and also be working closely with the Acute Dietetics Team based at Newham Hospital to provide continuity of care.
