About QA Engineering: We have 2 QA Engineers out of 10 Product Engineers in total and we’re growing As QA Engineers we obsess about the quality of the product and focus on making a positive impact on users everyday. We use the following tools and technologies: Playwright for end to end testing of our web app AWS for most of our infrastructure Kubernetes and Docker to schedule and run our services What you’ll be doing: Ensuring that the software we release is accurate, secure and performs according to the required specifications Design, perform, and review test plans for manual acceptance of new features Design and implement new automated tests as part of our existing Cypress framework. Take part in non-functional tests Collaborate in a with product development squad to ensure that the implemented features are delivered according to specifications Take ownership of aspects of the QA process for the entire suite of products Help to ensure that a culture of quality exists throughout the engineering teams, and that high standards are maintained across the products You should apply if: You have experience working as a QA Engineer on complex products You have demonstrable coding skills You have extensive experience in automation testing frameworks You have extensive experience in manual testing You have experience in non-functional testing in a web environment, such as performance testing, security testing, etc You’re a great communicator, both verbally and when it comes to writing proposals You’re confident interfacing with various stakeholders across product development and the business You have meticulous attention to detail Bonus points if: You have experience working in startups and scaleups You have experience working in FinTech You hold a numerate degree or demonstrate numeracy skills We value potential over experience, so we encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick all the boxes – what’s most important to us is to find someone who is talented, committed and eager to learn ❗️ For more information about the role - click here To discover more about our product and what we’re up to, click here ℹ️ Read more about benefits and perks at Pactio here.
