We have an exciting opportunity for a Payments Assistant.
We are a small and friendly team looking for a permanent member of staff. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in Financial Services.
The successful candidate will have an interest in working in accounts within the Poole area. They will work on ensuring that documents received into the department are dealt with on a daily basis and assisting with a range of administrative tasks related to the post.
This is a full post of 37.5 hours per week. We offer some remote working but require 2 days in the office and flexible working hours around core hours of 10-4.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the supervision and control of the work of the Creditor Payments section.
2. Ensure compliance with agreed audit requirements for Creditor Payments teams.
3. Assist with other appropriate administrative and accounting tasks.
4. Responsible for the administration of Finance Process Manager, DbCapture, DbLogin, and Cloudtrade.
