Retrofit Coordinator- Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance

We are currently working with a leading property services business to recruit a Retrofit Coordinator to join their team in London.
Key Duties:
To have full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation and handover and monitoring, as defined in PAS processes.
Manage the retrofit survey process throughout the London area, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance throughout the process.
Provide accurate and effective energy modelling using RdSAP and full SAP, and provide guidance on solutions for meeting specific scheme criteria
Delivery against specific objectives and targets on retrofit schemes.
Manage the PAS2035 lodgement process on trustmark in accordance with main contract delivery programmes to allow timely draw down of funding
Undertaking retrofit assessments in accordance with PAS 2035, the specification for the energy retrofit of domestic buildings
Providing specialist advice on energy efficiency and renewable energy measures to householders by phone, email and face to face
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions with client
Required Experience:
Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator Certificate
Construction related qualification with experience in the construction industry is preferable
Full UK driving licence as this role requires travel
In-depth knowledge of the Retrofit process and the roles of all stakeholders identified within PAS 2035
