Exciting opportunity for a Senior Data and Projects Pensions Administrator to join this global Energy company.

This is an integral role supporting the oversight of a primary pension administration system managed by a third-party provider. Responsibilities include maintaining the day-to-day relationship with the provider, participating in system upgrades, and contributing to the strategic direction of the platform.
You will also be managing a schedule of activities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and reportable events, handling large volumes of sensitive and personal data to respond to time-sensitive requests, executing annual processes, and reviewing data quality within the administrative unit.
You will be the main point of contact for relationships with key service providers, including external administrators, technology partners, and internal IT and risk management teams.
Key Skills Required:
1. Expectation to complete/or have obtained a relevant qualification within the PMI ie APMI/RPC
2. Advanced technical knowledge of Defined Benefit pension schemes, with a focus on UK pension legislation.
3. At least 5 years pension administration experience or pension project management experience.
4. Timely delivery of User Acceptance Testing and calculation testing even where challenging timescales are set.
5. Experience of working with large volumes of personal and sensitive data.
6. Proven track record of delivering projects on time.
7. Experience of pensions administration systems, preferably Compendia and Procentia.
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
