About the Role:
As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients office. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
* Answering and routing incoming calls with professionalism.
* Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
* Assisting with administrative tasks as required.
* Maintaining a log of visitor access and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
* Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is desirable.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* A friendly, professional demeanour and a positive attitude.
* Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving.
