The post holder will
• Provide professional and efficient administrative support as part of the Creative
Care and Support staff team.
• Provide excellent customer care which may include communication with
distressed and anxious service users and relatives, treating them with tact and
empathy
• Ensure all information is secure and maintain the confidentiality of information
at all times
• Support an open, honest and respectful organisational culture and take a
personal responsibility for promoting a positive image of Creative Care and
Support.
• Access routine supervision and undertake training and development to keep up
to date with the law, best practice and changes in organisational policy
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Acting as a first point of contact and dealing with queries through providing
reception cover, taking phone calls and responding to emails and other
communications.
• Respond to messages promptly and accurately, passing on information to
relevant staff and managers as necessary.
• General administrative duties including, filing, photocopying and scanning.
• Timely and accurate updating of staff and service user databases
• Updating website and social media communication
• Supporting meetings and / or events, including the setting up and clearing of
rooms, making refreshments etc.
• Monitoring and ordering of stationery and supplies etc.
• Recording actions in meetings to produce notes using agreed templates and
procedures.
• Maintaining confidentiality of information as per the Data Protection Act (1998)
and Creative Care and Support policies.
• Adhere to Creative Care and Support policies and procedures.

Training: Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work. Student to complete a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Development opportunity. Will be working alongside Business Manager with potential to develop within company to more senior role or build transferrable skills.
