Project Manager – Warehouse

Information on the role
1. Managing Project from set-up to handover and evaluation
2. Help/deliver project estimates & valuations
3. Manage and ensure team are complying with project specification
4. Track and report at weekly client update meetings
5. Planning of resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors
6. Liaise with Site Safety Officer to ensure all standards are maintained
7. Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation
8. Manage and maintain all H&S requirements
What we’d like from you
1. Proven Project Management Experience in the Fit Out & Industrial sectors e.g., Offices, Shops, Warehouses, Factories, Distribution Centres etc.
2. Willingness to travel to Sites
3. Exceptional written and spoken English skills
4. Self-motivated personality
5. Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
6. Organisation and time management skills
7. SMSTS
8. CSCS
