Are you a proactive and organized individual looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth and efficient process!
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls professionally, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
* Research, identify, and attract candidates using effective sourcing methods to meet job requirements
* Assist with candidate inquiries and provide guidance on how to apply for open positions
* Build strong rapport with candidates to ensure a positive and engaging experience
* Identify and research target clients, enabling the generation of new client relationships
* Support consultants with market research and talent mapping
* Prepare and format CVs and manage general correspondence
* Respond to emails promptly and professionally
* Assist with preparing mailshots and general office administration tasks
* Source relevant information to support consultants’ needs
* Maintain and update the company database to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Manage and update job vacancy listings on company websites
* Raise invoices and follow up on outstanding payments as needed
