* Provide leadership to the executive team and other decision-making groups on the growth of D&A
* Lead, create, deliver and report on the D&A strategy, incorporating business needs
* Refine and lead a team of data professionals across the business
* Lead, support and manage the D&A Department, providing clear direction, communicating agreed objectives and facilitating individual and team development
* Lead all necessary changes to the D&A methodologies in a systematic and outcome-based approach
* Overall responsibility for the D&A budget including management, communication and working within financial, budgetary and business planning procedures
* Manage the data architecture, ensuring that appropriate guidelines are given to those responsible for designing data structures and repositories as well as data exchange protocols
* Provide and present modern D&A and BI in accessible, user-intuitive formats that drive understanding, insight and customer-led decision-making across RCN
* Define the D&A Transformation Programme and prioritise the roadmap from idea to value with the Executive Team and key cross-functional stakeholders
