Description Providing comprehensive executive support to three Directors within the department. Managing communication and correspondence effectively. Assisting with meeting preparations and minute taking. Maintaining and updating records and databases. Support a range of events across the business. Work alongside member of the Corporate Support team. Coordinating with various departments for seamless business operations. Organising and managing schedules and appointments. Handling confidential documents with discretion and professionalism. Performing other related duties as assigned. Profile A successful Personal Assistant should have: A strong background in secretarial and business support roles. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A proactive approach and ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. Experience in handling confidential information professionally.
