This friendly and well-established team has a wealth of experience, from newly qualified solicitors to those with over 20 years of experience, along with highly experienced legal executives and paralegals. It is a busy department, but all fee earners have good support from trained legal secretaries. All fee earners are involved in the planning and business development of the department and in the sharing of technical knowledge and good practice.

The Ideal candidate will:
* Have 5 years PQE; NQ will also be considered
* Resolution Panel member (beneficial, not essential)
* Hold technical expertise in all areas of family law
* Have enthusiasm for business development, client relationship management, and client development
* Ability to work on their own initiative
* Have excellent communication skills
* Have good networking skills
