A large secondary school in Taunton is partnering with Axcis Education to find a dedicated Behaviour Support Officer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and support student behaviour across the school.
2. Implement behaviour management strategies.
3. Collaborate with teaching staff to promote positive behaviour.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
2. Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
3. Excellent communication skills.
