Rhys is looking for someone to: Structure his day and maintain routines Assist with problem-solving and managing emotions Support budgeting and money management Promote a safe, healthy lifestyle Manage appointments and relationships, including family contact Assist with medication administration Help develop independent living skills and community access About you Have experience supporting adults with a diagnosis of Autism Support Rhys through tough times Help Rhys make choices and learn new skills Be nurturing, supportive, and resilient Communicate effectively Understand sensory needs Be honest, structured, and adaptable Full clean drivers licence required for this role About us We support adults and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties to live independently in the community.
