Job Summary: We seek a detail-oriented Transport Administrator to support our logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination and accurate record-keeping. Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate transportation activities. Maintain transport records, including driver logs and delivery documentation. Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams. Prepare and process transportation documents. Monitor transportation performance and resolve issues. Assist in route planning and optimization. Ensure compliance with transport regulations. Handle administrative tasks and support the transport team. Requirements: Experience in transport or logistics administration. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transport management software. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Knowledge of transport regulations. Preferred: Experience with logistics software. Export logistics experience Familiarity with customs procedures.
