This is an exciting opportunity for a Catalyst Operations Assistant to work in our flagship building as part of a small, friendly facilities team. You will enable the provision of a high-quality support and spaces and seek the uphold values to support, empower and find good outcomes for all members of the Edge Hill Community. You will provide a vital role in offering such support out of our core business hours and thus delivering a fantastic student experience., Manging access and ensure security is maintained by upholding policies and procedures and working in partnership with Campus Support to ensure the Catalyst provides a safe environment for staff and students.
Provide a professional first impression to all customers of the Catalyst building and act as first point of contact for all users of the building and service.
To monitor and address behaviour by undertaking regular patrols of Catalyst, enforcing relevant policies and using judgement to resolve or escalate issues and ensuring that only Edge Hill students and staff access Catalyst during non-helpdesk hours. Identifying and removing ineligible users in a sensitive manner.
This is a Part Time, Term Time role working either:
10 Hours - Thursday and Friday 6pm - 9pm and Saturday 5pm - 9pm.
Or
13 Hours - Monday - Wednesday 6pm - 9pm and Sunday 5pm - 9pm.
