Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at DeckPro Pumps. The role is located within Leighton Buzzard, but, outside of onboarding, will offer the flexibility for some home-based working when not in front of prospects. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business, high-quality sales, developing lasting partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence.
Qualifications
* Preferred - Experience in the pump industry or related technical/engineering field
* Required - Strong Sales and Business Development skills (Hopefully into Facilities, engineering or procurement contact)
* Required - Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
* Required - Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Required - Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Required - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
