This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service. Day-to-day of the role: Customer Support: Handle inbound calls and emails with professionalism, providing accurate information about our services, including schedules and procedures for trash and recycling collection. Issue Resolution: Utilise tools such as Zoho CRM, Zoho billing system, Optimo Route, and Vonage phone system to investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly. Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain customer records in our CRM system, and ensure data cleanliness. Driver Coordination: Monitor driver routes through Optimo Route software and provide timely updates to customers regarding service status. Training & Compliance: Engage in ongoing training to master company systems and adhere to regulatory requirements, enhancing service delivery. Process Improvement: Actively contribute to the enhancement of customer service processes and operational efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, ideally within logistics, waste management, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Zoho CRM, billing systems, and familiarity with route optimization tools like Optimo Route. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to resolve issues effectively. Organization: Exceptional organisational skills with the capability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with cloud-based systems and basic technical troubleshooting.
