We are currently looking for a dedicated, keen to succeed and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between account managers, consultants and candidates, ensuring we meet our clients’ needs while maintaining strong relationships and efficient recruitment processes. Your goal will be to fill available positions with suitable candidates, ensure compliance standards are met, and manage administrative tasks such as new starter processes, adverts, compliance and database management, all while working within deadlines. We will provide the relevant guidance and training to assist in growth within our business. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current candidates. Post relevant adverts using our various job boards. Stay updated on market trends, including pay and charge rates. Collaborate with credit` control to ensure clients process payments on time. Set benchmarks for timekeeping, personal presentation, conduct, and work ethic for candidates. Screen and assess potential candidates for available roles. Ensure advertising templates are up-to-date and aligned with client requirements. Maintain department statistics and reports. Conduct reference checks for candidates before their start date. Ensure candidates’ right to work and documentation are verified before placement. Source potential candidates through job boards, candidate databases, and recruitment networks. Screen CVs, respond to candidate inquiries, and update candidate databases. Manage queries and assist with resolving delays in receiving approved hours. Experience required: Previous knowledge and experience within Driving and Industrial recruitment industry is preffered but not essential. Understanding of industry best practices and business management trends. At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role within Recrutiment is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and relevant software.
