Are you passionate about making a lasting difference to the lives of vulnerable adults?
Purbeck Road provides accommodation and intensive personalised support to 7 clients who would not typically be deemed as ‘housing ready’. Clients at Purbeck Road have a range of support needs such as alcohol misuse, substance misuse, mental health issues and a history of offending. By adopting a flexible, creative and personalised approach, the service aims to support individuals to manage their accommodation and improve their quality of life.
Beechey Road provides accommodation and support to 8 clients who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness. Beechey Road is not only a place to stay; our goal is to support people throughout their recovery to maintain healthy and meaningful activities, relationships with others and good physical and mental health.
In the rewarding role of Team Leader, you will be supporting the day-to-day management of the two services; providing a safe and supportive environment to vulnerable men and women in which to build confidence and ‘promote opportunities’ for positive change.
