We have a fantastic opportunity for an Estates Coordinator to join our team based in Birmingham. The salary is starting from 30,000 pro rata plus car allowance. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The role will require a driving license to reflect travel between properties and team meetings in Birmingham. The successful candidate will need to be able to go to site at any given moment as this role can be quite reactive the role will be covering properties in Coventry. FM experience is needed and an IOSH qualification is desirable The successful candidate will be based in Aston Pride Community Health Centre or Stephenson Street, Birmingham and will manage 23 properties located in Coventry on a daily basis. This role requires regular travel to Coventry to oversee property management and facilities management activities with close liaison with customers who occupy our buildings. As a hybrid role, the candidate will have the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site, ensuring effective management and coordination of the properties. Ability to manage and prioritise workload and be adaptable to requirements from customers are preferable. About the role: The purpose of this role is to ensure that local site services meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with policies and procedures, legislation, and statutory requirements. The Estates Coordinator will be responsible for the co-ordination of in-house/outsourced services in a facilities service provision across a portfolio of properties. What you will bring to the role: Broad FM and Property experience Experience of Health and Safety Management and associated safe systems of work Ability to work as part of a team but also capable of working independently within appropriate Delivery guidelines Demonstrable experience in dealing with Customers, Partners and the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information Experience of working with budgets Experience of supplier management and dealing with challenging situations Management and co-ordination of onsite contractor and suppliers (Pre, during & post working activities) IOSH Managing Safely or relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Property Management or equivalent proven experience.
