Job Description
Reporting to the Team Kit Manager, the Team Kit Coordinator will be responsible for the distribution, inventory, and logistics of all Atlassian Williams Racing clothing. You will ensure that our race team, hospitality staff, and corporate teams receive the right clothing at the right time, working closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and logistics teams to guarantee smooth operations throughout the season.
Main Duties:
* Clothing Distribution & Logistics: Oversee the allocation and distribution of teamwear, factory workwear, and PPE, ensuring all personnel have the correct clothing for their roles.
* Inventory Control: Work with the Inventory Coordinator to maintain accurate stock records, coordinating reorders when necessary to avoid shortages.
* Supplier Coordination: Support the Team Clothing Manager in liaising with suppliers to manage production timelines, deliveries, and any required customizations.
* Season Planning: Assist in planning and executing kit distribution for key milestones, including pre-season testing, race weekends, and team events
* Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for clothing-related issues, addressing sizing concerns, lost items, and replacements efficiently.
* Sustainability & Waste Reduction: Support initiatives to improve sustainability in clothing production and disposal.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial, Marketing, and HR teams to support clothing requirements for special events, activations, and new hires.
Qualifications
* Experience in inventory control, apparel coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
* Experience in motorsport or elite sports teams or brands is preferred.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in clothing allocation and branding.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and challenge the status quo confidently.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
