Our client, a UK Top 100 firm, is offering an opportunity for a Solicitor to join its growing Clinical Negligence team in Oxford. As a Solicitor in this nationally regarded practice, you will provide high-quality legal advice with strong commercial awareness and exceptional client service. You will also support marketing and business development to enhance the firm's as well as your own reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage high-value clinical negligence and personal injury cases under supervision whilst handling your own files where appropriate.
2. Engage directly with clients to understand and meet their expectations.
3. Develop client relationship skills with partners and senior lawyers.
4. Lead business development projects and attract delegated work.
5. Research and draft articles and assist with marketing materials.
6. Build a network of clients and contacts; attend networking events.
