We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our well-established client in Reading.
This is a temporary to permanent position, following a qualifying period.
Duties:
1. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward all customers.
2. Responding promptly to all customer inquiries.
3. Communicating with customers through various channels including phone calls and emails.
4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
5. Knowing company products and services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
6. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions and complaints.
8. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
9. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
10. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
Working Hours:
£11.50 – £12 per hour
8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
