The Role and School
Are you an enthusiastic and engaging individual who has recently completed their teacher training or ready for your next teacher role in a Primary School within Tameside? We are looking for an inclusive, determined and motivated Primary School Teacher to join our team within a Primary School in Tameside. The role is to commence immediately or after February half term.
If a long-term role isn't what you're looking for and you're seeking to find your feet in schools around Manchester, we also offer daily supply bookings in various schools with the opportunity to be on our Guaranteed Pay Scheme.
Key Responsibilities
1. Help create a positive and comfortable environment for the class, whilst also monitoring classroom management and assisting with behaviour support.
2. Adapt various activities and experiences in school for the class, ensuring every student can fully participate.
3. Be responsible for a large class within the school, showing respect and care for each student while demonstrating a good level of tolerance.
Requirements
1. Hold a QTS (Qualified Primary Teacher Status) and/or PGCE qualification.
2. Have previous experience working within EYFS/KS1/KS2 classes.
3. Possess strong teamwork and communication skills to work efficiently and effectively with a wider team.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
