Hours: 40 hours per week to be worked in accordance with the catering team rota. Your core hours will be Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7am – 6pm
Salary: GBP31,200 per annum

Role Overview
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our talented in-house high performance catering team. You will cook high-performance food for our high-performing players and staff, bringing innovative ideas to the kitchen by suggesting new nutritional dishes and creating home and away menus. You will be part of a passionate, creative team dedicated to producing the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the nutritional education of players through interactive cooking lessons.
2. Suggest new nutritional dishes and create menus.
3. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
Minimum Requirements:
The kitchen is a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, so we need someone who can run with us and who will bring their passion, professionalism, and strong work ethic. It is essential that you hold a food hygiene certificate and a Level 2 or equivalent in Hospitality and Catering.
