LEGAL SECRETARY SEVENOAKSCirca £26- 30KWe are currently recruiting for a Legal practice based in Sevenoaks who are seeking a Legal Secretary or experienced Secretary within professional services to join their team. This is a well-established practice who we have recruited for previously so we know them well and can recommend them as an employer of choice! Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* Trained in Secretarial Practice
* Experience using all Microsoft products
* Trained to high standard n word processing and audio typing
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or working in a similar professional environment
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, agents and other thrid parties
* Professional telephone manner
* To be conversant with the qualitystandards as required by Lexcel and CQS and to work with the practice manual
* Ability to work using own initiative with a high level of self management
* Happy to work in a team environment and sometimes under pressure

1. To prepare correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing in conjuction with the case managements system
