What You'll Do As our Principal Project Engineer, you will: Manage multiple complex projects, from initial concept to completion. Collaborate directly with senior client teams, including Directors and VPs. Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety and regulatory standards. Deliver innovative engineering improvements through feasibility studies and CAPEX forecasts. Lead site operations, overseeing contractors, quality control, and safety inspections. Act as the principal contractor under CDM regulations when required. Coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. Provide regular progress reports and handle change requests. About You We're looking for someone who brings: A degree in engineering (or equivalent experience). A proven track record in successfully delivering complex projects. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Flexibility to travel across mainland UK for client engagements. It would be great if you had: IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications or familiarity with APM/Prince 2 methodology. Experience with ERP systems or similar tools. Ready to Lead?
