We need an experienced Operations Manager with experience within support and implementation of software processes.
1. Ensure IT services meet SLAs and manage service disruptions.
2. Lead, train, and evaluate IT staff.
3. Develop and refine operational processes.
4. Maintain strong client relationships and handle feedback.
5. Oversee IT projects from planning to completion.
6. Manage operational budget and financial reporting.
7. Implement new tools and stay updated on tech trends.
8. Ensure regulatory compliance and robust data security.
9. Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
10. Manage third-party vendor relationships.
11. 5+ years of relevant experience
12. Customer-facing experience
13. ITIL certified (V4 ideally)
14. Project management experience
15. Practical knowldge of budgeting and P+L
16. £60,000 - £70,000
