Telesales Executive

Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting for outbound sales advisors to join our growing client based in Stoke-on-Trent!
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding company who value their staff.
Ideally you will have experience in a telesales/telemarketing or call-centre environment, however if you have excelled in another sales role and would like to enhance your skills, we would like to hear from you.
Main duties of this Telesales Executive role:
1. Making outbound calls to opted in enquiries
2. Taking inbound calls from new enquiries
3. Creating new appointments and opportunities for agents
4. Using initiative and rapport to identify new opportunities
5. Asking open questions to complete a new enquiry form
Skills required for this Telesales Executive role:
6. Must have experience in Outbound sales
7. A confident and natural telephone manner
8. Must enjoy building rapport with customers
9. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
10. Strong problem solving skills with a customer focused approach
11. Must be proficient in using computers and various software applications
Job Details of this Telesales Executive role:
12. Salary: Up to £26,000 DOE + Uncapped commission structure
13. Monday to Thursday 9:15am-6:15pm Friday 9:15am-3pm
14. Location: ST4
15. Uncapped commission structure
16. Permanent position
