Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated Cancer Audit team within the Operational Services Division. This role will primarily cover the Skin Cancer site, but cross cover between other sites may be required. The successful candidate will need to be organised and confident with the ability to multi-task and prioritise their workload. Previous experience with data analysis skills or cancer specific knowledge would be beneficial.

Job Responsibilities:
The core purpose of the Cancer Audit Facilitators is to act as a named contact for the National Cancer Audit Registries. You will be responsible for the collection, inputting and validation of COSD data via Epic and Somerset Cancer Registry, and provision of information relating to both local MDT, such as clinician and Annual Governance Meetings, and external requests, such as FOI requests. This role is pivotal in the collection of comprehensive cancer data and information into the Epic system and for local and National Audit purposes. As a member of the Cancer Services team, you will work closely with clinical staff, secretaries, MDT co-ordinators and the wider Cancer Services teams.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. For current NHS employees, this post could be a secondment opportunity.
