We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user experience design principles and user interface design best practices. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent digital experiences for our users. Your work will encompass designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for both web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

About the Role
1. Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points, utilizing methods such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
2. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes for both web and mobile platforms.
3. Develop high-quality visual designs from concept to execution.
4. Plan and execute usability testing sessions, analyze feedback, and iterate designs accordingly.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, developers, and other stakeholders) to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
6. Maintain the design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
7. Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to your design work.
8. Support strategic planning, defining project goals, and establishing design and approval processes in collaboration with the CRO Manager and key functional stakeholders.
About You
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI design.
2. A qualification in UX/UI or Design.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and collaboration tools such as Miro.
4. A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX/UI design capabilities across a variety of projects.
5. Understanding of responsive design principles and experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
6. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
7. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
8. Experience with animation and transitions in UI design is a plus.
9. Familiarity with using analytics tools to inform design decisions.
