Adecco Warrington are on the lookout for an Incident Manager to join an International business which is expanding at an incredible rate, on a permanent basis. Working in a fabulous modern office, based in Birchwood - Warrington, you will be part of a wonderful team supporting with Sales Administration and Mechanical Breakdown Claims.
Salary: £24, per annum (depending on previous experience)
Full-Time Permanent role with immediate start.
Rotating Shift Pattern on a monthly basis: 8:00am - 4:00pm / 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
Daily Duties Include:
1. Manage Sales Administration
2. Collect contracts and customer details
3. Create customer accounts on IT system
4. Follow payment and insure cash collection
5. Manage day-to-day relationships
6. Process new claims
7. Check information is accurate and complete
8. Follow up case until closed/complete
9. Management of complaints
10. Escalations where necessary
The ideal candidate will have:
11. 3 GCSE's - Grade C or above
12. Previous call-centre experience
13. Experience within Warranty Management
14. Experience within Motor Industry
15. Strong English communication - verbal and written
16. Customer Orientated
17. Team Player and ability to focus and work independently
18. Optimistic and confident attitude
19. IT literate and good telephone skills
