Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
1. Identifying new opportunities and continuing to grow current business ventures.
2. Visiting new and existing customers, presenting and identifying opportunities for custom projects.
3. Building and managing relationships with a wide customer base, including High Street, Non-trade, Clearance, Book Clubs, and some online business.
Experience and skills:
1. Previous experience working in business development and/or in a Sales role in a publishing, gift, toy, or media environment.
2. Agile communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
3. Some familiarity with developing promotional plans with retailers (including POS materials).
4. A strong base knowledge of the book, toy, and entertainment market.
5. Ideally prior experience with SAP and Biblio.
This role will be hybrid with an office location in central London.
Salary: c. £35k DOE
