We are seeking individuals with the ability to assemble aerospace components using diverse techniques, conduct testing of aerospace products according to specifications and test requirements.
Successful candidates should demonstrate cooperation, flexibility, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision once trained.
Key Responsibilities:
Fitting of aerospace components using various techniques
Efficient production of work within cost parameters
Proactive communication, including asking for clarification when needed
Maintaining a clean and productive working area
Demonstrating a cooperative and flexible attitude
Requirements:
Previous assembly experience
Proficiency in understanding and following detailed drawings
Excellent hand dexterity
Willingness to learn and adapt
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in fuel testing
Aerospace assembly experience
Hours:
Full-time (37 hours per week)
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:15pm
Friday: 7:30am - 11:30am
PAYE Contract Rates + Holiday Pay:
Core days £15.76 rising to £16.24 Overtime x1.5 Sundays x2 /
Permanent salaries equivelents: £30,330 rising to £31,249
Rates are scheduled to increase in imminently.
