What you'll be doing?
Our Bedroom Furnishings division, BD Living, provides furnishing solutions that will fit in with our customers’ homes perfectly. This team supplies and fits storage and bedroom furniture, from cutting-edge styles to contemporary classics.
Reporting to the Sales and Installations Manager, you will deliver high standards of service and provide excellent support to BD Living customers and ensure delivery of Bedroom Furniture to every customer within the designated timelines.
What will I be responsible for?
1. Support all customers in a welcoming, professional and efficient manner, delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Respond to all enquiries and process quotes and orders in line with the Service Level Agreement.
3. Provide expertise in BD Living’s product range and processes to customers and divisions.
4. Take responsibility for managing a Regional Account, ensuring that all information is proactively gathered and the installation works are completed as required.
5. Ensure that all paperwork is up to date, and required reports are completed within deadlines.
6. Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with all relevant internal colleagues and customers.
7. Ensure all paperwork is in place to enable fitting to be done “right first time”.
8. Take ownership for investigating and recording all remedial and customer care orders.
What you'll need? To be successful in the role, we are looking for:
1. Customer Focused.
2. Exceptional communication skills.
3. Driven, organised and self-motivated with good time management skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment with the ability to quickly analyse, manage and make the correct decision independently.
5. Strong MS Office skills required.
