You will be joining a department of 4, and an overall number of around 30 employees. To be considered for the role you will need a strong background in Sales, ideally to have included proactive outbound cold calling. On-boarding new sub-brokers onto the existing lead generation plan, giving support and training as needed to help them introduce energy sales to their customer base. On-boarding new sub-brokers onto the existing higher commission split self-serve sales plan, giving support and training as needed to help them introduce energy sales to their customer base. Monitoring and assisting with important sales made by sub-brokers to improve success rates. Account managing acquired sub-brokers, seeking to maintain and improve their sales figures.
